Thanks to the electricity generated by photovoltaic panels, the P+R will operate largely autonomously. The nearby bus station has been renovated, with seven bus stops and facilities for bus drivers to take breaks and rest. The official inauguration of these new CFL facilities took place on Wednesday 23 July 2025 in the presence of the Minister for Mobility and Public Works, Yuriko Backes, the Director General of the CFL, Marc Wengler, the Director of Infrastructure Management at CFL, Marc Hoffmann, as well as the teams in charge of the two projects and other guests of honour.
