With one telephone number (+352) 2489 2489, the CFL offers its clients immediate and individual assistance – three departments are at the tip of your fingers: The Information Service, the Call Centre and the Lost Property Office.
The Information Service
Would you like information on national and international ticket prices? Your inquiry refers to the daily traffic situation? You are wondering which services are offered at the stations of the national railway network, or on board CFL trains?
You would like more information about train or bus timetables (RGTR), or how to use the two smartphone apps, CFL mobile and CFL International? The answers to all these questions can be obtained by contacting the Information Service directly on (+352) 2489 2489.
The Information Service is available 7 days a week, from Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9.30 p.m., as well as on Sundays and holidays from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
The Call Center
Are you travelling abroad and need help with booking and buying international tickets? Don’t hesitate and contact the Call Center immediately, which can also be reached at (+352) 2489 2489. Our colleagues at the Call Center will be happy to assist you throughout the process.
From Monday to Friday (except public holidays) you can reach the Call Centre support from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and get advice.
The Lost Property Office
Losing something on the bus or train sometimes happens. Let us help you recover your property!
In order for us to obtain as much information as possible about your lost property and to be able to find it, we would ask you to fill in the “Lost property” form by visiting our website www.cfl.lu or by clicking on the following link.
